I- RESPONSIBILITY. The transport company involved in these trips can not be held responsible for any act, omission or irregularities that may affect the traveler during the time he remains outside the means of transportation. The contract of passage will be the only link between the carrier and the buyer or traveler. The carrier declines all responsibility for any change in departure dates or schedules without prior notice, as well as possible delays on the scheduled times.

II- BAGGAGE. III- REFUNDS. Refunds will be made only by the ticketing office.

V- RETURNS OPEN. Any ticket without date of departure must be reserved before departure and will only be accepted in the case of availability of free seats.
VI ? ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES. Personal documentation is the sole responsibility of the traveler. The ticket is personal and non-transferable. This ticket must be kept by the traveler and presented together with the documentation at the request of any Control Agent.
